If you’re returning after an injury, our Exercise Rehabilitation programmes can help you rebuild strength, improve confidence and get back to doing the things you love.
To help you recover between sessions and reduce muscle soreness, our Sports Massage treatments work alongside your exercise, helping you stay active, move more freely and perform at your best.

Do I Need To be Fit To Join?
No. Sessions are adapted to suit your fitness level, we understand everyone has a different starting point.
What If I Have Old Injuries?
Our coaching team can adapt exercises around many common aches and injuries. We will always make sure to adapt to your needs.
Are Sessions Suitable For Beginners?
Yes. Beginners are always welcome and we let you work at an intensity which is appropriate for you. Exercises can also be modified if they need to be.
How Many Sessions Should I Attend A Week?
That’s completely up to you and what you want to commit to, but most of our customer come 2-4 times a week.
