Our rehab and exercise sessions are designed to help you move safely, rebuild confidence, and get back to feeling like yourself again.

 

Whether you’re dealing with an injury, ongoing pain, or just feel like your body isn’t working as it should, we’ll guide you step by step.

 

Give you an idea we help people with Back Pain, Arthritis, Frozen Shoulders, Aches and Pain All Over. You name it we have seen it. That’s what makes us different and allows us to adapt to the person and what they need.

You’ll start with a 1–1 session to make sure everything is right for you and then the following:

• Exercises tailored to your body and your injury
• Close guidance so you feel confident and safe
• A pace that works for you — no rushing, no pressure

 

As you improve, we help you build momentum and progress at the right time.

 

For many people, this becomes a natural progression:

Starting with focused 1–1 support →
Then building momentum into more complex movements designed to challenge you →

 

And eventually moving into group training when you’re ready

All with the same goal:
keeping you moving and out of pain long term.

With the age of 70 looming, I was finding every day activities becoming harder due to arthritis in my knees and hands and general aches and pains. This also affected my mental health. I contacted Matt at The Hive to see whether he thought he could help and, after discussing the difficulties I was having and what I wanted to achieve, he suggested personalised sessions, focussing on improving my strength and mobility.
