Injury & Pain Management - Fed up with constant or re-occurring pain?
We help you reduce pain, release tight muscles, and move more comfortably again.
If you’re in relief, discomfort or have an injury then come tell us about it! A lot of people in these situations can have their injuries corrected with a little help. For many people, it builds up gradually — a bit of tension here, a bit of stiffness there — until it starts to affect how you move and feel day to day.
We will look into your movements, muscle condition, neurological and muscle relationship and much more to find the best course of action for you.
Our Pain & Stiffness Reset Session is designed to help you feel looser, more comfortable, and back in control of your movement.
Each session is tailored to you and may include:
• Hands-on treatment to release tight muscles
• Targeted work around problem areas
• Simple advice to help you keep the benefits
We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach — we focus on what your body needs on the day.
Most people leave feeling noticeably looser, with less tension and more freedom in how they move.
Just as importantly, you’ll have a better understanding of what’s been causing the issue and what you can do to keep improving.
All sessions are delivered by our experienced team, specialising in pain relief, injury recovery, and helping people move well for the long term.
You’ll be looked after by the right person for your needs.
Everyone is different and so is every pain or injury, so every individual’s plan will be different. Treatments can include soft tissue therapies, Ultra-sound Therapy, Dy Needling, Massage through to Exercise Rehabilitation and most likely some homework too just to help speed up your progress.
Our job is to get you feeling better as quickly as possible, so we like to use multiple methods for the best results.
